The massager can be quite loud during use, which may feel distracting in quiet environments

My thoughts on this

I have been testing a product called the electric heating pad belt. It is designed to help with period pain by warming your stomach and giving a vibration massage. It comes with a belt so you can wear it around your waist without needing to hold it. The product has four different massage settings and several heat levels that you can change depending on how much warmth or vibration you want. When I ordered it, it also came with a free gift, which was a transparent travel dispenser bag. I thought that was a nice extra addition.

This product is mainly made for girls and women during their periods to help reduce stomach cramps and make them feel more comfortable. I decided to buy it because I have very painful and heavy periods, and I wanted something that could help me relax and reduce the pain. I also kept seeing videos about this product on TikTok, where many girls were saying how amazing and helpful it was. Because of that, I thought it would be worth trying.

Unfortunately, after testing it myself, I honestly do not like this product at all. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of money. The product itself cost me around £7.99, and then I also had to pay £3.99 for delivery. At the time, I was desperate to find something to help with my cramps, so I did not mind paying for it. However, after using it, I really regret buying it and I would not purchase something like this again.

The biggest problem for me was the massager. It is extremely loud when it is turned on. Instead of helping me relax, the noise actually made me feel more irritated and uncomfortable. It was also disturbing the people around me because the sound is very noticeable, especially in a quiet room. I expected the massage feature to feel soothing and calming, but honestly, all I could focus on was the loud buzzing noise. On top of that, I did not feel like the massage itself was helping with my cramps at all.

Another issue was the heat settings. The temperature changes did not feel balanced. One setting felt too weak and barely warm, while the next setting felt far too hot and uncomfortable. There did not seem to be a comfortable middle option, which was frustrating. I wanted gentle heat that would slowly relax my stomach, but instead the heat felt inconsistent.

The battery life was also very disappointing. I charged the device for around one to two hours, expecting it to last a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, after only about 15 to 20 minutes of use, the product switched itself off and showed a red battery light. This made it feel unreliable, especially for something that is supposed to help during painful periods. It seems like you have to charge it for a very long time just to use it for a short amount of time.

Overall, this product simply did not work well for me. I personally would not recommend it, especially if you are expecting something quiet, relaxing, and long-lasting. Of course, everyone is different and some people may still like it, but in my experience it did not live up to the reviews I saw online. If you are thinking about buying it, I would honestly suggest saving your money and looking for something better and more reliable instead.
