My thoughts on this

I’ve been testing a product called a waist twister. It’s a simple board you stand on and twist side to side. It helps work your core muscles like your stomach, hips and lower back, and can also improve your balance and flexibility.

It’s great if you don’t have time for the gym or can’t afford one. You can use it at home, even while watching TV. Just 5-10 minutes most days can help keep your body active, so there’s really no excuse.
I find it fun because I love dancing, so I just play my favourite music and move with it. At first, I was a bit scared to try it because I thought I might fall, but it was actually easy to use. Over time, I felt more confident with my balance.

This won’t magically make you lose weight on its own, but it’s a good way to stay active and build a stronger core if you stay consistent. I really recommend it for beginners or anyone who wants a simple way to move more at home. I love it!
