My thoughts on this

I’ve been testing this product called weighted ropeless battle ropes, and honestly it’s really easy to use. It has some weight to it as well, so it’s not as light as you might think. At first, I thought it wouldn’t really do much, but it actually surprised me.

Instead of using long heavy ropes, you hold two small handles with weighted ends and swing them with your arms. It mostly works your arms and shoulders, while your core helps keep you steady. After a short time, your heart rate goes up too, so it also feels like cardio. You can use it at home, outside, or pretty much anywhere, which makes it really convenient.

I’ve been using this for a while now, and my first impression was that it would be too light and not very effective. But after just a few seconds, I felt it in my arms straight away. At the gym, I always found the big battle ropes really hard to use, but this feels like a good starting point. It helps you get a bit stronger and more confident before trying the heavier ones. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who struggles with the gym version, works out at home, or doesn’t always have time to go to the gym. Even doing it for a minute a few times a day can help.
